Description
This balsamic vinegar has a light acidity and a velvety mouthfeel. There are no additives (no caramel) and no added sugars. You will appreciate its notes of red fruits, honey, and quince.
It pairs beautifully with salads, roasted vegetables, meat, and fish, as well as with olive oil in vinaigrette.
Kalios balsamic vinegar is aged 5 years in oak barrels. Petimezi - a grape must of Corinth grapes cooked in a cauldron - is added at the end of the aging process for delicious, sweet notes at the end of the mouth.

Kalios was established in 2009 by two brothers, based on strong Greek family roots, from the region of Neochori-Ithomi, in the Kalamata region. They are specialized in greek olive oils and fine products.
