Preparation
INGREDIENTS for 2 cups:
1) Weiss Dark Chocolate 55%: 1
2) Unsalted Butter: 100g
3) Egg Yolk: 1 Pc
4) Egg Whole: 2 Pc
5) Organic Sugar: 56g
6) Gluten Free Coconut Flour: 14g
7) Strawberry Elsanta
8) Raspberries
9) Mint Leaves
PREPARATION:
1) Prepare the oven by preheating it to 200°C/400°F. Grease four ramekins and place a baking sheet in the oven to heat.
2) Melt the Weiss Chocolate in a bain marie, then remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly. Cream the unsalted butter and organic sugar together until pale and fluffy, then beat in the eggs, one at a time.
3) After mixing in the coconut flour, gently fold in the melted chocolate. The mixture should thicken quite a bit. Add the vanilla and a pinch of sea salt.
4) On the preheated baking sheet, divide the batter between the moulds and bake for eight minutes.
5) Serve immediately with Organic Vanilla ice cream, raspberries, and strawberries.
6) Garnish it with mint leaves on top and enjoy melting chocolate fondant!
