Recipe Ingredients:

4 Peaches

8 Sliced of Bresaola

3 Mint Leaves

120g of Arugula leaves

300g of Burrata

1 Lemon

8 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil

Preparation : Follow our easy steps to prepare the delicious summer burrata salad for 4 persons.

Cut the peaches into 4 pieces and remove the stones. Drizzle them with 2 tbsp. of olive oil and put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200°/th. 6-7 . Roast 15 minutes or until the peaches begin to brown.

Wash and spin-dry the arugula. Chop the mint leaves. Cut the burrata into pieces.

Place 4 pieces of peach on each plate, 1 handful of arugula, 2 slices of bresaola and a little burrata. Garnish with mint. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice.
