Bresse Chicken or white "Bresse Gauloise" is part of the poultry family. Bresse chicken is one of the finest chickens in the world, it is recognisable by its blue feet, its feathers are totally white and it has a well developed comb.

Bresse Female chicken are tender and taste milder in flavour, they have a delicious skin. Poultry from Bresse is certified by the D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin), they are bred in the region of Bresse in Eastern France. All the birds are raised in the open and are non GMO, antibiotic free and bleach free.
