Description

Foie gras is a French speciality made with the liver of the duck, that has been fattened by a specific process of feeding. Ernest Soulard provides a range of foie gras made from ducks born, raised and processed in the Vendée region of France. Foie Gras Restauration is a premium delicacy.

Foie gras has a firm and smooth texture, it is creamy white, tinged with pink in colour. Foie Gras Selected is ultra-fresh and has a great texture. Foie Gras Selected is preferred for making terrines and pan-searing.
