Obsiblue

Obsiblue

Obsiblue is a blue prawn from New Caledonia. This is farmed in the largest lagoon in the world, protected for its unique wildlife, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A group of farmers dedicate their lives to produce only once a year few hundreds tons, from a single harvest.

Obsiblue not only comes from a unique environment but it is also very singular in taste and texture. With long antennae, a deep blue tail color, Obsiblue seduces all seafood lovers for its creamy, slightly sweet iodized taste. The New Caledonian prawn is sashimi grade, which means that it can be used raw for tartars, marinades, carpaccios...

Since 30 years, Obsiblue has become one of the Michelin Starred Chefs' favorite seafood product, across the world.
