This PDO hard cheese is made in the Friuli region and in other specific areas of northern Veneto. Our dairy is certified by the TV649 label of the Montasio Cheese Protection Consortium. The olfactory finish is long and accompanied by delicate accents of sea salts, wood and vegetal notes.

Established in 1898, the Perinzin dairy is an authentic Italian dairy from the Veneto region. Using quality milk from the Eastern Alps and the Pre-Alps, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.
