This new cheese is the perfect union of the flavours of southern and northern Italy, as it combines the milk of small, passionate producers from the Dolomites with the best and most fragrant thyme from Sicily. It is therefore our tribute to the marriage between northern and southern Italy.
Established in 1898, the Perinzin dairy is an authentic Italian dairy from the Veneto region. Using quality milk from the Eastern Alps and the Pre-Alps, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.
Perinzin family, 5 generations of cheese makers, elaborate their product by hand and with passion, such as maturing on natural wooden boards.
