Free range, hormones and steroid free, our frozen guinea fowl is raised in the ouest part of France. It's a cross between chicken and pheasant without a sharp gamey flavour. This poultry has a good equal quantity of meat and carcass, these are moist and meaty birds. Nothing more simple to cook the guinea fowl, just use the same recipe as the one you use for the chicken. Perfect for festive seasons, this poultry is going perfectly with mashed potatoes, french fries or roasted vegetables.
