Eugène Weiss, founder, and pioneer discovered the art of pralines and blending from the bean to box and created Le Haut Chocolat®. Recognised as an Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant, Maison Weiss is committed to using the finest raw materials to produce high quality chocolates and pralines for all gourmet consumers and culinary professionals worldwide. In October 2016, with the desire to share its exceptional traditional expertise, the chocolate Factory opened Les Ateliers Weiss, in Saint- Etienne, a lively and accessible place with entertainment, a shop and a restaurant.
