Tarbouriech oysters are very unique Mediterranean oysters, from the Etang de Thau, in the south of France, where the Languedoc meets the Mediterranean sea. Taken in and out of the sea with a smart solar panel system to reproduce the tide, Tarbouriech oysters shell turn pink due to the sun, getting kind of a “sunburnt”. Tarbouriech oysters have an inimitable hazelnut flavor, with sweet-iodized notes and a generous meat content to please the most demanding palates.
