Preparation
Prepare a delicious chocolate mousse with Weiss chocolate!
Ingredients:
282 GR Dark chocolate Ebene
50 GR Butter
191 GR Sugar powder
3 Eggs
64 GR Cacao powder
Cooking steps:
1. Beat egg whites in a bowl with your robot or a wisk.
2. Heat up the chocolate to warm water bath.
3. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, then add the sugar and mix.
4. Take out of fire the chocolate, add butter and mix. Add cacao powder, and mix again.
5. Add egg yolk and sugar mix to the chocolate bowl. Mix
6. Add your egg whites very gently to the chocolate preparation.
6. Place the preparation for 1 to 2h in the fridge
Wish to serve it warm? Place your chocolate mousse 8 min in the oven at 180'C.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream for a delicious chocolate/vanilla twist!
