Hand-wrapped in gold paper, this panettone is a mixture of raisins and candied fruits. According to the traditional recipe and criteria, this Panettone is made using a slow and natural leavening process and all ingredients, from flour to milk to eggs to butter, candied fruits to yeast, are of natural origin and free of preservatives and artificial colors.

In its initial years, the Lazzaroni family owned two companies, one that produced cookies and the other producing cookies filled with liquer. The panettone that is filled and coated with Amaretti is widely known for its Amaretto products. They keep the old recipe intact from 1851 by infusing their amaretti Chiostro di Saronno cookies with alcohol. It has produced biscuits, panettone, and liqueur since 1847 and is divided into three sections.
