The Emmental Grand Cru benefits from the Label Rouge (“Red Label”) and the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP). Its artisanal production, without additives or dyes, brings a taste that reminds the flavors of yesteryear and gives a gastronomic touch to all recipes. Organoleptic tests are also regularly carried out to demonstrate the taste quality of the Label Rouge product, which must always be superior to the one of products of the same nature. The Red Label is never definitively granted to a product. Only the constant quality allows him to retain this distinction.
