The raspberry tart is made of pure butter short crust pastry and pretty raspberries with a raspberry jelly.

IN THE OVEN

Preheat the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 210°C, gas mark 7.

Remove the transparent bag from the freezer.

Turn out the tart and place it on an ovenproof dish. Then place the aluminum mold as a lid and put the tart in the oven at half height for 15 minutes.

Finally, leave the tart to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
