Combining aesthetics and subtle flavours, this Fauchon tart on buttery shortcrust pastry is distinguished by its melting lemon ganache on a crunchy almond feuilletine.
In the oven :
-Preheat the oven 180°C
-Remove the tart from all packaging
-Remove the logo
-Place the frozen tart on an oven tray
-Heat for 5 minutes (traditional oven) or 4 minutes (convection oven).
-Allow to cool down for 10 min 15 -Replace le logo
In the fridge :
-Straight from the freezer, remove the dessert from the packaging and remove the plastic bell.
-Place it in the fridge to defrost for 2 hours.
