Fabulous Raspberry Tart By Fauchon 510g
Tart made with pure butter shortcrust pastry covered with vanilla bourbon frangipane cream and raspberry puree, decorated with glazed whole raspberries, frozen.
In the oven :
-Preheat the oven 180°C
-Remove the tart from all packaging
-Remove the logo
-Place the frozen tart on an oven tray
-Heat for 12 minutes (traditional oven) or 10 minutes (convection oven).
-Allow to cool down for 30 min
-Replace the logo
In the fridge :
-Straight from the freezer, remove the dessert from the packaging and remove the plastic bell.
-Place it in the fridge to defrost for 7 hours.
