According to the traditional recipe, Kalios marinate the Kalamata olive for at least 5 to 6 weeks in Kalios extra virgin olive oil to obtain an almost candied olive. You can enjoy it as an aperitif and taste its oil with bread.
Kalios was established in 2009 by two brothers, based on strong Greek family roots, from the region of Neochori-Ithomi, in the Kalamata region. They are specialized in greek olive oils and fine products.
