The avocado is coming from a tree originating coming from south-central America, classified in the flowering-plant category. It's a large berry containing a single large seed, with a light yellow/green color flesh. The skin is originally green and become black as soon as it's mature.

These days the avocado has become incredibly popular in the kitchens as it's very tasty, easy to eat and it has powerful health benefits.
