Its texture is semi-hard, compact and melting. It has a long, round and fragrant taste thanks to the spicy notes of the crushed black peppercorns and the olive oil. Its aftertaste is long, earthy with strong notes of delicate spices and olive oil.

Established in 1898, the Perinzin dairy is an authentic Italian dairy from the Veneto region. Using quality milk from the Eastern Alps and the Pre-Alps, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.
