Its aftertaste is marked by an acid note reminiscent of lemon juice, a slight goat smell, and a very pronounced and long-lasting truffle taste.

Established in 1898, the Perinzin dairy is an authentic Italian dairy from the Veneto region. Using quality milk from the Eastern Alps and the Pre-Alps, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.
