How long does delivery take?

All orders placed on the website before 3 pm are available for delivery to our customers the following day. The deliveries are handled by our reliable, well-trained and dedicated employees, who take the appropriate precautionary measures to ensure safety & hygiene.

Which cities do you deliver in the UAE?

We currently deliver to Dubai and Abu Dhabi only.

Is there a minimum order value and delivery charge?

Yes, the minimum order is 250 AED with free shipment. If less than 250AED, a 50AED fee will be charged for delivery.

All about Pre-order

What does “Pre-order” mean?

All orders placed from Sunday to Wednesday will be on the following Sunday delivery. All orders from Thursday to Saturday will be on the following Thursday delivery.

ORDER 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE

  • Wed -> Sun delivery
  • Sun -> Thu delivery
  • Cut off time 3pm.

Who confirms the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)?

How do I pay for my order?

All our customers can pay by cash or card upon delivery, however, we strongly recommend paying by card on the website is absolutely a secure transaction.

How can I use my voucher?

You can proceed to the payment and then on the right side there will be a box to fill in the promo code details. You can add the promo code and redeem the vouchers.


All about our Returns & Refunds

Will I get a refund after I cancel my order after making the payment?

- If the amount paid for cancelled order is above AED 100, we shall generate a voucher for our customers which can be redeemed to use at Classic Deli within 1-month period.

- If the amount is below AED 100 it will be refunded back approximately 14 working days as per bank policies and holidays.

All about our Packaging

To provide our customers with fresh products and to preserve the quality of food products, we pack them in recyclable food standard quality boxes and are using recyclable food graded paper bags to pack perishable products such as fruits and vegetable. We also would like to keep in mind the sustainability factor and avoid as much as possible over packing and using paper instead of plastic whenever possible.
