Carne Hereford was founded in 2000 by the association of Hereford Argentinian breeders and the main breeders of Hereford beef, on a vertical scheme that covers the entire process, from genetics to consumers, with the objective to guarantee the excellent quality of cattle origin, through strict quality controls in the whole process.
