A juicy and flavorful Wagyu Burger made from Australian Wagyu beef is the perfect summer treat!

Create a tasty burger using your favorite ingredients:

Ingredients:

1) Red Onion

2) Potato Burger Bun

3) Cheddar Cheese Slices

4) Straight Cut Fries

5) Mustard Dijon

6) Rhubarb Jam (optional)

7) Big San Marzano Tomatoes 

8) Seaweed Tartare Capers & Pickles

Preparations:

1) Sprinkle salt and pepper through the wagyu patty.

2) Heat a nonstick frying pan or a flat grill plate to medium heat. The burgers should be cooked for 4 minutes on the first side, then flipped over and topped with cheese. Cook for an additional four minutes, or until cooked through.

3) Using butter on the pan, lightly toast the bun, then top the burger with your choice of toppings:
Bun bottom > Dijon Mustard > Pickles > cheese-topped patty > Tomato > Bun top spread it with Rhubarb Jam

4) Depending on the weight of your pan or wok, heat oil over medium or medium-low heat. Add the fries to the oil in batches. Be careful not to overcrowd the wok or pan. Start frying them.
